* flood watch for portions of north central texas and northeast texas, including the following areas, in north central texas, bosque, collin, dallas, denton, ellis, falls, fannin, freestone, grayson, hill, hunt, johnson, kaufman, limestone, mclennan, navarro, rockwall, and tarrant. In northeast texas, anderson, delta, henderson, hopkins, lamar, rains, and van zandt.
